• Counselors do their best to assign you the classes you requested.

    Please be advised that sometimes a class that was requested may not be available because:

    • The course has low enrollment and is no longer offered.
    • The course has reached full capacity.
    • The course has a pre-requisite that you have not yet satisfied.

    Guidance Technicians attempt to schedule students for the courses needed and requested. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. a student has failed a course, a course not offered, etc. Guidance Technicians must place students in alternate courses.
