    Microsoft Showcase Schools are a global community of schools engaged in innovative change to improve teaching and learning.      Our vision is simple: Southridge Middle School inspires innovation, independence, and excellence to thrive in an ever-changing competitive world. In our Being a Microsoft Showcase School, it demonstrates our commitment as a school to ensuring that ALL students—regardless of program—have access to a rich viable curriculum via technologies.  As professionals, becoming a Microsoft Showcase School has helped unify our programs and increase our modes and methods of collaboration which has had an effect on our professional-efficacy. Moreover, our students learn how to use technology to comprehend and analyze rigorous texts, access complex concepts, organize and plan their learning targets, as well as collaborate and present their ideas.  We have also been featured by Telemundo, VMA Communications, Radio PodCast, and Fontana Herald News.
