      WEB (WHERE EVERYBODY BELONGS)

      WEB is a peer mentoring program for incoming 6th graders. WEB focuses on teaching students social and academic success necessary to be successful at Alder Middle School. Students help the incoming 6th graders become familiar with the school site ands its traditions. This creates a safe and welcoming environment for our new Falcons.
