Classes that are requested does not guarantee a schedule change due to several factors that conflict with scheduling. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, counselors must place students in other/alternate courses. Please refer to FAQ's below.
PLEASE REMEMBER, A REQUEST FOR A SCHEDULE CHANGE IS JUST A REQUEST. NOT ALL REQUESTS MAY BE GRANTED.

What schedule changes are denied?
- Schedule matching with friends
- Picking your teacher
- Adjusting your schedule for a lunch preference
- Designing the schedule in the order you wish to take the classes
- you did not complete the prerequisite
What reasons are acceptable for schedule changes?
- an open or missing period
- a duplicate class or period
- missing a class needed for graduation
- class taken during summer school
- Change program (AP, Honors)- with approval only
Why don't I always get the classes I requested?
Please remember that sometimes a class that was requested may not be available because the coure:
- had low enrollment and is no longer offered
- is full and no space is available
- had a prerequisite class that was not taken
- there are conflicts with period availability
