Juanita Johnson is our Climate and Culture Coach. She is here to support the students and staff in creating and maintaining a positive climate for Alder.  Please feel free to contact her either by email johnjj@fusd.net or ext. 30228 if you need anything.  Juanita has taught various grades in K-12 for approxiately 20 years. She began her career with ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ at Truman Middle School teaching Special Education, Language Arts (6-8). In this position she also served as Tier I coach. Juanita has been in her position as Climate and Culture Coach here at Alder since January 2019.
