    In an effort to support student academic, college and career readiness and social-emotional development and to help students reach their fullest potential, Canyon Crest Counseling program is offering school counseling support services.  Students may receive interventions in one or more of the following areas:

    •   Motivation
    •   Behavior
    •   Decision Making
    •   Attendance 
    •   Goal Setting
    •   Social Skills
    •   Social-Emotional Development

    The Counselor's goal is to eliminate the barriers that are impeding academic success. Students may be seen on an individual, group or monitoring (check-in) basis.

  • Canyon Crest Elementary School Counseling Referral Form

    This referral form is for parents and guardians of Canyon Crest Elementary School students. The counselor will contact you or your child within two business days of receiving this referral. If this referral is urgent, or you are concerned for the safety of your child, please contact the school counselor immediately at 909-357-5440 or BellJL@fusd.net. All information will remain confidential.

    The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

    If you feel that your student could benefit from any of these services, please complete the Counseling Referral Form to begin the process. Once I receive the Counseling Referral Form, I will review student records, conduct observations, and meet with you to discuss the counseling plan of action.
