December 11th, 2019 starting @ 1 p.m.

Summit High School will be having a FOUR program softball tournament: Link Crew, ASB/Cheer, Baseball/Softball & TV-Pro.

* Each program will donate a minimum of 15 unwrapped toys*

TIE BREAKER RULE: the team that donated the most toys overall advances in an event that they are both tied after three innings.

PEER LEADERS – have offered to track all toy donations on behalf of Summit to be distributed to Fontana Santa’s.

LINK CREW – will be taking toy donations in exchange for a free hot dog voucher that has been donated by the event sponsor Sirilo Ortiz a local real estate agent at ReMax.

ALL CLUBS ARE WELCOME – to join in by fundraising. There is a 10-toy minimum donation fee to be a part of the festivities. Clubs can’t sell food due to the emphasis on hot dogs. Must sign up with ASB for prior approval (snacks, drinks, candy, chocolate, chips … etc.).

ASB/CHEER – has taken the lead on providing entertainment for the event: sound system, fundraising booths and décor.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL – will oversee the field preparations, grant access to the scoreboard, and assist with equipment.
