On Saturday, February 23, 2018, the A. B. Miller Chapter of FCCLA was awarded 2 Gold Medals in Promoting and Publicize FCCLA to Nicole Romero and Gabriel Ramirez and 1 Silver Medal for Child Development awarded to Ana Mendoza. 

Special recognition was also given to Angie Gonzalez for her speech on Focus on Children emphasizing the importance of teaching children early the importance of recycling in saving our environment. 

The advisors: Cynthia Figueiredo and Lori Wilson and the whole school are so proud of their achievements and hard work.

CA-FCCLA is a division of the National FCCLA Organization (formerly FHA) a Career & Technology Student Organization (CTSO) promoting leadership training and development.

The competition was held at the “Believe in Yourself” Region 10 Spring Leadership Meeting and Qualifying Competition at El Cerrito Middle School in Corona, CA
