• Recognitions at the September 12th Board Meeting

    During each monthly Board of Education meeting, time is allotted for recognition of students, staff, business partners, and schools that bring honor to the ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ and further its mission to improve the quality of education. There were several recognized at the Board Meeting on September 12, 2018.

    Pledge of Allegiance

    Alexander Lopez and the Board of Education

    Alexander Lopez, a second grader at Oak Park Elementary School, was selected to lead the Board of Education in the Pledge of Allegiance.

    "Alexander exemplifies our school motto every day by always following the Panther Pride High Five: Be a Friend, Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful. Alexander hasn’t pulled a card in class this year and has set a personal goal for himself to go all year without pulling a single card! Great job, Alexander," said Superintendent Randal S. Bassett.


    2018 California Distinguished School

    Dorothy Grant Elementary School was recognized for earning both the 2018 California Distinguished Schools Award and inclusion in the STAR Category of the 2017-18 ERP California Honor Roll.
